Greet Persis the beloved, who has toiled a lot in the Lord. ¹³Greet Rufus, who is eminent in the Lord, and his mother, and mine. ¹⁴Greet Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes and the brothers with them. ¹⁵Greet Philologus and Julia, Nereus and his sister, and Olympas and all the saints who are with them. ¹⁶Greet each other with a holy kiss. The churches of Christ greet you. ¹⁷And I exhort you, brothers, to look out for those who cause dissensions and offences contrary to the teaching which you have learned, and turn away from them. ¹⁸For suchlike do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and they deceive the hearts of the naive through smooth speech and fine language. ¹⁹For your obedience has reached everyone. So I rejoice over you. And I want you to be wise with respect to good, but untainted with respect to evil. ²⁰And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet quickly.
