“You are my son;
Today I have begotten you”?
Or again,“I will be a father to him,
And he will be a son to me”?
6And when again he brings the firstborn into the world, he says,“And let all the angels of God worship him.”
“He who makes his angels spirits
And his servants a fiery flame”,
“Your throne, O God, is throughout the duration of the age.
The sceptre of your kingdom is an upright sceptre.
9You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness.
That is why God, your God,
Has anointed you with the oil of gladness,
More than your fellow men”,
“You, at the beginning, Lord, founded the earth,
And the heavens are the works of your hands.
11They will perish,
But you remain,
And they will all become old like a garment,
12And you will roll them up like a cloak,
And they will be changed,
But you are the same,
And your years will not fail.”
“Sit on my right hand side
Until I make your enemies your footstool”?
14Are they not all ministering spirits, sent for service for the sake of those who are going to inherit salvation?Reference(s) in Chapter 1: v.5 ↔ Psalm 2:7, 2 Samuel 7:14, 1 Chronicles 17:13 ● v.6 ↔ as Deuteronomy 32:43 in the Septuagint, Psalm 97:7 ● v.7 ↔ Psalm 104:4 ● v.8 ↔ Psalm 45:7MT (Psalm 45:6AV) ● v.9 ↔ Psalm 45:8MT (Psalm 45:7AV) ● v.10 ↔ Psalm 102:26MT (Psalm 102:25AV) ● v.11 ↔ Psalm 102:27MT (Psalm 102:26AV) ● v.12 ↔ Isaiah 34:4, Psalm 102:27MT (Psalm 102:26AV), Psalm 102:28MT (Psalm 102:27AV) ● v.13 ↔ Psalm 110:1.
