The name of this site is taken from Ephesians 1:21. The standpoint is one of belief in the inspiration by God of all Scripture (2 Timothy 3:16) and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, Who is God manifest in the flesh (1 Timothy 3:16, almost all Greek manuscripts), and Who, thanks to His sacrifice, gives believers resurrection life (John 11:25) and forgiveness of sins (Romans 3:24-25) and more. Although we have chosen a .com domain name, we are not commercial. Everything on this website is free and we do not ask for donations. This site is partly under development, but we have a complete translation of The New Testament in the Original Greek, Byzantine Textform, edited by Robinson and Pierpont. We also have a complete translation of the Old Testament/Tanakh. The translations are considered serviceable, but are subject to ongoing review.
This site demonstrates conclusively that the New Testament is, and always has been, preserved in the Greek Majority Text type manuscripts, to which the Received Text is very close. We do not recommend the editions based on modernist opinion (Westcott and Hort, Nestle-Aland / United Bible Societies etc.) which rely on the minority, often mutually disparate (Egyptian) manuscripts. Here is a question for Christians: have you been unconditionally forgiven, or do you need to forgive others their trespasses? In Matthew 6:15 we read But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your heavenly Father forgive your trespasses. Can you fulfil this, in perfect holiness, always? Whatever your answer, in Ephesians 4:32 we read And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven you. Here we are told that we have been forgiven and are asked to forgive others. We believe that Ephesians gives the truth for the current dispensation of grace, whereas Matthew's gospel contains what was true at the time - in the dispensation of the law of Moses, before Christ had given Himself as a sacrifice, when He was presented as Israel's King. Even in the Acts period, Israel is on the scene (for the hope of Israel, Acts 28:20), until temporarily set aside at Acts 28:28 (the salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles). We attach great importance to the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testament) and of recognizing not only the pre-figurings and prophecies of the first coming of Christ, but also those of His second coming and the associated promises to Israel, which are yet to be fulfilled. The promises are not revoked in the New Testament (nor could they be). Read the last three chapters of Zechariah for an account of the return of the Lord to the Mount of Olives, in troubled times for Jerusalem, and the restoration of Israel as God's people (Zechariah 13:9).
