¹A Psalm of David.

Judge me, O Lord,

For I have walked in my integrity,

And I have trusted in the Lord;

I shall not stumble.

²Examine me, O Lord,

And test me.

Refine my kidneys and my heart,

³For your kindness is in front of my eyes,

And I have walked in your truth.

⁴I have not sat in collusion with vain people,

Nor will I concur with the secretive.

⁵I have hated the convocation of wrongdoers,

And I will not sit with the wicked.

⁶I will wash my hands in innocence,

So let me go round your altar, O Lord,

⁷To make declaration with a thankful voice

And to recount all your wondrous acts.

⁸O Lord, I have loved the refuge of your house

And the place of your glorious tabernacle.

⁹Do not gather my being with sinners

Nor my life with men of blood,

¹⁰In whose hands is scheming,

And whose right hand is full of bribery.

¹¹So I will walk in my integrity.

Redeem me and have mercy on me.

¹²My foot stands in uprightness,

And I will bless the Lord in the various convocations.
