Psalms Chapter 26

1A Psalm of David.

Judge me, O Lord,

For I have walked in my integrity,

And I have trusted in the Lord;

I shall not stumble.

2Examine me, O Lord,

And test me.

Refine my kidneys and my heart,

3For your kindness is in front of my eyes,

And I have walked in your truth.

4I have not sat in collusion with vain people,

Nor will I concur with the secretive.

5I have hated the convocation of wrongdoers,

And I will not sit with the wicked.

6I will wash my hands in innocence,

So let me go round your altar, O Lord,

7To make declaration with a thankful voice

And to recount all your wondrous acts.

8O Lord, I have loved the refuge of your house

And the place of your glorious tabernacle.

9Do not gather my being with sinners

Nor my life with men of blood,

10In whose hands is scheming,

And whose right hand is full of bribery.

11So I will walk in my integrity.

Redeem me and have mercy on me.

12My foot stands in uprightness,

And I will bless the Lord in the various convocations.
